VEGAN COFFEE CAKE



Liquid Materials:
1 cup of soy milk
1 teaspoon of vinegar
½ cup of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
1 cup of coffee that already mixed with water

Dry Ingredients:
2 cup of flour
2 cup of granulated sugar
¾ cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoon of flour egg replacer (ORGRAN brand)
ORGRAN brand flour can be purchased in supermarkets that sell imported goods

How to make:
a. Put all the dry ingredients and mix well.
b. Enter the liquid ingredients one by one and then mixed.
c. Prepare a baking sheet that has been coated by baking paper and smeared with vegetable margarine, then pour the batter.
d. Preheat oven and bake with a temperature of 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Should be checked often to check whether it is already cooked or not.
e. Remove from oven and ready to served.
