VEGAN PIZZA



Ingredients for pizza crust:
200 grams of flour sifted
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
7 gram of instant yeast
125 ml of water

Topping:
1 tablespoon of oil, for sauteing
100 grams of onion, finely chopped
250 grams of tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 bay leaf
½ tablespoon of basil powder
Protena smooth

Method:
• Pizza crust:
a. Mix the flour, salt, vegetable oil, sugar and instant yeast, knead while pour the water until smooth.
b. Allow the dough for 1 hour until fluffy and the size become twice than before.
c. Trimmed dough to ½ cm thick
d. Cut dough into pieces form a triangle with sides 4 cm.
e. Let stand for 10 minutes.

• Topping:
a. Heat oil and saute onion until wilted.
b. Enter the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaf and basil, stir until slightly thickened.
c. Enter protena smooth, stir well. Remove and set aside bay leaf.
d. Brush the surface of the pizza dough with topping ingredients.
e. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Deg C for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
f. Remove and serve warm.
